The company repairs all types and brands of garage doors and openers; it also encloses carports. Dan Watkins, who founded the business in 1999, is a hands-on owner. He estimates many of the jobs, trains most of the technicians, helps out in the office, and even fixes some of the doors himself. Dan says, "I started the company with only myself. I did everything, now there are
ten of us including several family members” and if you don’t treat the customers like gold, than you can’t work for me. I feel like customers should be treated the way I would like to be treated. It’s just that simple to me. Our goal is to deliver the service and quality that our customer’s want, so they’ll tell their friends and family about us.
